FAQ

HOW MUCH IS A MEMBERSHIP?

$120 for unlimited classes, $100 for a punchcard, and $50 for an open gym pass. Personal Training prices vary by trainer.

IS THIS CROSSFIT?

No, we are not affiliated with CrossFit and our program does not fit the CrossFit definition.
BUT our gym does have Crossfit bones.
Put simply, we split every class into 20 minutes of strength work and 20 minutes of conditioning work (give or take). All of our workouts are focused on getting your heart rate up and having fun with movements that are approachable to most people. Think: no handstand pushups, muscle ups, or overhead walking lunges in our workouts.

WHAT TYPES OF CLASSES DO YOU OFFER?

All our members follow the same Strength and Conditioning program. With a membership we also include an at home program and a bodybuilding program.
We do not offer any competitive tracks.

I HAVE A BAD JOINT, CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?

We are NOT doctors or PTs, so we do not diagnose or treat any pain or injuries. However, have several members that with previous sports injuries that limit movement. Our program has options to swap anything in the workout that may be hurting you. 
Ex. Knee injury causes pain when running, so athlete uses our bike machine for cardio, where they have no pain.

DO I NEED TO GET IN SHAPE BEFORE I JOIN?

Absolutely not. Everyone has to start somewhere, and our program is made just for that. Stop in and ask any member, chances are they started with limited to no experience.

ARE THE WORKOUTS INTENSE?

The workouts can be intense. Especially if you like to race other people or have a competitive drive. 

With that said, each workout can be done at a low to moderate intensity if needed. Have a bad day? Couldn't sleep last night? Maybe your'e sore? Let the coach know and they will help you slow the workout down. 

DO YOU WRITE THE WORKOUTS?

No. We use the top S&C program in the world written by NCFIT. We sometimes program accessory or holiday workouts.
